Start from a voice sequence template
A sequence template supplies connected steps and sample scenarios for a calling task. Open Sequence templates to see the templates available to your workspace.
Creating a draft requires Voice management write access.
Choose a starting flow

- Open a template and read its prerequisites.
- Select steps to inspect their settings and connections.
- Read the Example scenarios cards and compare the expected paths and hypothetical step results.
Template scenarios simulate outcomes. They do not verify that a destination can receive calls, speech is available, or a recording can be stored.
Configure your copy
- Select Use template.
- Enter a name and replace the setup values, including any support destination or spoken messages.
- Select Create draft.
- Review the resulting steps in the editor and complete any unfinished fields.
Your copy is independent of the template. Later edits do not change other sequences. Template scenario samples are not copied into the draft. Add sample outcomes in Preview before evaluating a path, and inspect the saved step settings before calling a real recipient.
The reminder template needs entry data from the calling application. Creating it does not schedule calls. Use Create Call when your application is ready to start its published flow.
Check the paths before testing
Preview the ordinary path and relevant alternatives. For support routing, inspect Support does not answer as well as Support call completes. The voicemail template records for a fixed duration; it does not detect silence or request transcription.
If a resource picker has no eligible values, check the selected workspace, resource readiness, and your permissions. Saving unfinished configuration does not establish that publication or a real call will succeed.
