Voice sequences

Use Sequences to build a call flow in the dashboard. Each call enters at a Voice call step, follows connected outcomes, and creates a run. Drafts are editable; published versions define production behavior.

You need Voice management read access to browse sequences and write access to edit or publish them. Recording commands and managed recording transfers remain in preview.

Preview your first sequence, choose a template, or build a flow from scratch. Saving a draft does not place a call or publish it.

Choose steps and define entry data. Add prompts and keypad menus, then dial or transfer to the next destination.

Check and preview paths using hypothetical outcomes. Preview does not dial, play audio, or record.

Test with real calls using a saved draft or active version. Test mode places real calls and incurs normal charges. Incoming draft testers are configured separately from number routing.

Publish and manage sequences, then create calls through the API or connect an incoming number. Already accepted calls keep their original definition.

Inspect runs for individual paths and read metrics for aggregate outcomes. Workflow success, telephone connection, and business completion are separate results.
