View SMS campaign report

Once you've sent your SMS campaign, Bird will automatically collect and analyze data on its performance. This guide covers how to access your SMS campaign reports and understand the metrics available.

Accessing campaign reports

To view a campaign’s performance:

  1. Go to Marketing > Campaigns.
  2. Find the campaign you want to review.

Report overview

The Overview tab provides a high-level summary of your campaign activity, including the following metrics:

  • Total – Total number of messages in the campaign.
  • Queued – Messages that are waiting to be sent.
  • Sent – Messages that have been sent.
  • Delivered – Messages confirmed as delivered to the recipient’s device.

Details

The Details tab provides insight into how your campaign was configured:

  • Campaign type – The type of campaign, such as Broadcast.
  • Channel – The platform used to send the campaign, such as SMS.
  • Sender – The number from which the campaign was sent.
  • Recipients – The audience or list that received the campaign.
  • Campaign status – The current state of the campaign (e.g., Processing, Sent, or Error).
  • Template – The message template used in the campaign.
  • Language – The language in which the campaign was sent.
