Migrate Agent Mailboxes to Bird
Move the agent’s mailbox operations and its business context. Create the receiving mailbox, reconcile existing conversations and change where new mail arrives only after the new reply path works.

- Record the current configuration, active customer work and the application records that must remain accessible.
- Complete the Bird setup with a separate test workflow. Use the provider guide to map the differences.
- Test the successful result and a refused or interrupted operation. Reconcile the original result before retrying.
- Move a bounded part of traffic, inspect the outcome and retain the previous service until the transition is verified.
