There are several way to create emails in Bird. Once published, these email templates will be discoverable in your template library, where they can be used in Campaigns, Flows, Journeys and more.

Message templates

Message templates are customizable, reusable messages that you can send on any installed communication channel.

Once published, message templates will be discoverable in your template library, where they can be used in Flows, sent by an Inbox agent during a conversation with a customer, or distributed to an audience in Campaigns.
