Bird charges once when you message a contact for a business in a UTC calendar month. Later replies to that contact in the same month do not trigger another contact charge.

How are monthly active contacts counted?
Bird charges one monthly active contact when you send a reply to that contact for a business in a UTC calendar month. Later replies to the same contact and business in that month do not add another contact charge. A funding plan adds balance, not an included contact allowance.

Business replies use your applicable monthly active contact rate. Invitations have a separate published rate. Your monthly deposit is spendable balance, not a fixed message allowance.
What costs sit outside monthly contact pricing?
