What is the difference between delivery and inbox placement?
Delivery means the receiving server accepted the message. Inbox placement measures where observed mail landed, using seed accounts and a measurement panel.
Does creating a seed test send the campaign?
No. Register the test, copy or download its seed addresses and include them in your own send before the displayed deadline. Results appear after the seed mailboxes receive the email.
What does a missing placement figure mean?
It can mean the domain or provider was not measured for the period, or that figures could not be retrieved. A missing value does not mean zero percent inbox placement.
