Premiers pas avec Email

Send your first email in minutes and verify your domain for production.

Test transactional emails, bounce webhooks, and suppression handling right away using Bird's shared onboarding domain and sandbox addresses before you touch DNS. When you are ready to reach customers, authenticate your own sending domain with guided DKIM, return-path, and DMARC records.

Three steps from your first test call to verified customer mail.

Rehearse delivery outcomes and webhook handling in the sandbox first, then authenticate your domain before emailing live recipients.

  1. 01

    Create a regional API key.

Sign up for Bird and issue an API key in the US or EU region that matches your application's data residency needs. Store the secret in your backend environment variables; the Bird SDK automatically routes requests to the matching regional host.

  2. 02

Rehearse delivery and bounces in the sandbox.

Send your first test message from Bird's shared onboarding domain to built-in sandbox addresses that simulate delivered mail, hard bounces, and spam complaints. You can verify your webhook signatures and suppression handling before publishing a single DNS record. Lire le guide de démarrage rapide →

  3. 03

Verify your sending domain for customer mail.

Add your domain in the dashboard and publish the generated DNS records for DKIM signing and an aligned return path. Set a DMARC policy and confirm verification so password resets, receipts, and campaigns land in the primary inbox.
