Integrate Apple Messages with your backend or coding agent.
Send text, rich links, list pickers, time pickers, forms, and Apple Pay requests from your application through Bird’s HTTP API. You can also connect your coding agent to Bird’s MCP server or CLI to inspect business accounts, validate interactive templates, and wire up webhook handlers using the same workspace permissions.

REST API, webhooks, CLI, and MCP server
Connect interactive iPhone messages to your backend logic.
Your backend already knows which appointment slots are open, which items are in stock, and whether a customer’s order has shipped. Bird connects those live records to Apple Messages for Business so your app can send native pickers, receive the customer’s tapped selection on a signed webhook, and reply with a confirmed booking or receipt.
Whether you write the integration by hand against Bird’s OpenAPI spec or pair with an AI coding agent over the Bird MCP server, every request uses scoped workspace API keys, regional endpoints, and idempotency keys that prevent duplicate sends when networks retry.
阅读集成指南How an API exchange flows from prompt to confirmation.
Address conversations with Apple’s anonymous user identifiers, match replies to the message you sent, and confirm the result in your own system before replying.
Address the approved business and open conversation
Authenticate with a regional workspace API key and select the active Apple business account and open conversation. Standard replies address the customer by Apple’s opaque user ID rather than a phone number, while outbound messaging invitations use their own opt-in endpoint.
Send text, rich links, or interactive templates
Queue a text message, rich link preview, quick reply prompt, list picker, time picker, or multi-page form with an idempotency key. Typing indicators run on a separate rate-limit bucket from outbound messages, so showing activity while your backend works does not reduce your sending capacity.
Verify signed webhooks and match the customer’s choice
Subscribe to inbound message and delivery lifecycle webhooks, verify the request signature, and deduplicate event deliveries. Match the customer’s selected list option, time slot, or form answers back to your pending request and run the reservation or order update in your backend.
Confirm the completed action and reconcile status
Once your booking, commerce, or support system records the change, send the confirmation message or Wallet pass into the thread. If a webhook arrives out of order or after a timeout, query the message and event history directly to reconcile gateway acceptance and processing errors.
Let your coding agent inspect and test safely.
Ground coding agents in live schemas and test accounts
Connect Claude Code, Cursor, or your preferred coding agent to Bird’s MCP server and CLI using a scoped workspace key stored in your environment. The agent can list registered Apple businesses, inspect open test conversations, and read exact payload schemas before generating handler code.
Verify both happy paths and refusals in a test conversation
Before submitting for Apple’s Experience Review, run the integration against an authorized test user on an iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Confirm that expired slots, closed conversations, and unsupported device capabilities return clear fallbacks and never trigger duplicate charges or bookings.
