Why don't messages show up in Conversations?
When you connect a number with Set up a number, Conversations is off until you turn it on. Open the number's Settings and turn on Enable conversations. Numbers connected with Keep using the Business app have it on from the start. Incoming messages don't appear in Conversations explains the setting.
What if my error isn't listed?
Contact support. Send the number, the code or message Meta showed, and when it happened. A screenshot of Meta's window helps.
