How many emails does my deposit include?
A paid deposit adds the published amount to your shared Bird balance. If a plan rate is published above, the send estimate assumes you spend the full deposit on email at that rate, before tax. It is an estimate, not an included allowance. Other Bird usage reduces the balance available for email.
Can I spend my Email plan balance on other products?
Yes. Your Bird balance is shared across products. Spending it on another product leaves less balance available for email. Unused funds carry forward.
How should I compare Email plans with other providers?
Compare the deposit and per-message charge separately. A Bird deposit becomes spendable balance; a competitor subscription may include a fixed monthly sending allowance. Check the same currency, sending volume and add-ons before estimating cost.
