Is Email automation available in my workspace?
Automations is in Early access. Your workspace permissions determine the actions available, and your organization has a shared run allowance. Review the Automations guide and your workspace before publishing.
Can I test a workflow without sending emails?
Yes. Preview evaluates conditions and field mappings against sample data, with simulated action results and waits. Starting a real run executes the published workflow and can send messages.
Can a workflow send to an entire audience?
A flow does not automatically run an action for each audience member. Use Broadcasts for an audience campaign, and configure supported workflow actions for individual customer events.
