Organization and workspace

Bird creates your organization and workspace together during signup. The organization holds account-level settings, while the workspace contains the resources you use to send and receive messages.

Your organization holds billing information, account members, and the data-hosting region.

Workspace

Your workspace contains API keys, sending domains, messages, suppressions, webhooks, and team access. The dashboard opens in this workspace, and your API keys authenticate as it.

Start with one channel.
Add the others when you're ready.

A test API key is yours immediately. Production unlocks when you add a payment method and verify a sender.
