Bird was founded in a garage in Amsterdam in 2011 and has local presence in APAC, LATAM, and the United States since 2013. We’re proud to be a remote company - meaning we don’t have physical offices, except for an admin office in Amsterdam. All Birds work from home or wherever they have the best WiFi connection and place to focus. We consider Bird CRM and Slack our Digital HQ, operating 24/7 across timezones.
We work hard and smart to get things done. In today’s rapidly evolving generative AI and technology era, we have no time to waste as we lead the innovation for our customers in this space, which requires the full buy-in of all Birds on this journey.

Competitive compensation
We aim to be transparent about compensation. We offer a competitive compensation package. When you make a significant impact, we will ensure that compensation is never a reason for you to leave.
Temporary Working Abroad
Work from anywhere, 10 business day a year. We expect Birds to work from their hired country. For many reasons - including employment law and customer SLAs - we don’t offer the option to work from anywhere in the world. We do recognize the need to visit family abroad for instance, so we allow this for 10 business days a year, as long as the hired timezone can be adhered to.
