Refund a Payment
In this article, you'll learn how to refund a payment in Bird Pay.
A payment can be refunded only if its status is Succeeded or Paid. You can read more about Payments here.
- Navigate to Payments and search for the transaction you want to refund.
- Under more options, click Refund.
- Enter the amount you want to refund. It can be a full/partial refund.
- Click Refund transaction and that's it.
Refund once initiated, cannot be cancelled/reversed.
