How to set up MFA using the Authenticator app?
As detailed in the SCA, MFA using the Authenticator app is mandatory for using Bird Pay; any user must start setting up MFA first before signing into Bird Pay.
Here is the step-by-step guide to enable TFA using Authenticator
- Login to BirdCRM
- Click on your profile at the bottom left and click on User Settings
- Under Settings, go to User -> Profile and then scroll down to Multi-factor Authentication
- Click on the three dots next to Authenticator and select Set Authenticator
- It prompts you to scan the QR code using any authenticator app and click Continue
- Enter the 6-digit code generated on your Authenticator App
- Authenticator is now set up. Navigate back to Authenticator and Set as primary
