Managing your Inbox Subscription Plan
MessageBird offers a range of subscription plans for Inbox, which can be viewed in more detail on our pricing page. For Inbox, we have a straightforward pricing plan:

Adding or removing seats will adjust the pricing accordingly to the chart above.
IMPORTANT: To take advantage of this flexible seat pricing, you must have a Saved payment method in your MessageBird Dashboard. Accounts without a saved payment method will not be able to add more Inbox agents. Learn more in the FAQ Managing Saved Payment Methods.
