For the purpose of provision of the services, MessageBird acts as a data processor.
For the following purposes, MessageBird acts as a data controller:
- processing the personal data of those creating accounts;
- billing and other administrative and technical purposes;
- detecting and preventing misuse of our services.
- Training and improving service quality
- Fulfilling a legal obligation to assist in official disclosure requests from formal investigative authorities (in accordance with MessageBid’s Disclosure Request Policy.
