End-User Personal Data is processed by MessageBird as a processor, on behalf of the Customer for the provision of the services. The below entities act as subprocessors on behalf of MessageBird.

SparkPost uses certain Subprocessors to assist in providing SparkPost’s services. A Subprocessor is a third party data processor engaged by SparkPost who agrees to receive personal data from SparkPost intended for processing activities to be carried out (i) on behalf of SparkPost customers; (ii) in accordance with customer instructions as communicated by SparkPost; and (iii) in accordance with the terms of a written contract between SparkPost and the Subprocessor. Prior to onboarding Subprocessors, SparkPost conducts an audit of the security and privacy practices of such Subprocessors to ensure the Subprocessors provide a level of security and privacy appropriate to their access to data and the scope of the services they are engaged to provide. Subprocessors are re-authorized upon contract renewal or on an annual basis. The Subprocessors of Sparkpost are:

These Subprocessors set out below provide cloud hosting and storage services; content delivery and review services; assist in providing customer support; as well as incident tracking, response, diagnosis, and resolution services.

The affiliated entities of the MessageBird group that may provide technical or customer support in the provisioning of the services by MessageBird B.V. Below entities process Customer Account Data as a controller.

Customer Account Data is processed by MessageBird as a controller. The personal data consists of account information and financial information related to the account. Below entities process Customer Account Data as a processor on behalf of MessageBird.
