Support: Of course. Let’s check the available slots.

Choose where it lives.
Control who can listen.

Find and play recordings from your call workflows.

Confirm the recording integration.

Discover the supported recording controls in your connected runtime. SIP connectivity and call-log access alone do not establish a recording or transcription endpoint.

Keep audio and transcript state separate.

A transcript can finish processing after the call ends. Missing text does not prove that the call was silent. Link each artifact to the correct call and leg before presenting it.

Define access and expiry.

Choose who can retrieve the content and how long each artifact remains available. Moving connectivity does not move an existing archive, and an expired recording should not appear recoverable.

Scale without
losing control.

Organize teams in workspaces, control API access, and trace changes through audit logs.
