Author reusable flows in the dashboard or generate personalized sequences per call, with built-in paths for timeouts, missed keys, and busy lines.
Combine text-to-speech prompts, uploaded audio, and interruptible DTMF keypad menus that move forward as soon as the caller presses a key. Pass dynamic data like a customer name or appointment time into spoken prompts, then repeat a menu or dial a live team number with dedicated fallback paths when a line is busy or goes unanswered.
Walk through keypad choices, silence timeouts, and unrecognized keys in the browser preview without placing a call. Once the logic holds up, test your saved draft on a real phone line to check spoken pacing and pronunciation before exposing the flow to customers (real test calls incur standard calling rates).
Bind a published sequence to an inbound phone number, trigger it by ID from your backend, or send a one-off sequence definition with an outbound API call. Editing a saved draft leaves your live production version untouched, and calls in progress finish on the version they started with.
A connected phone call is separate from a completed customer task. Assign explicit exit outcomes to each branch, such as an appointment confirmation or a callback request, and inspect the path callers took in the sequence’s Runs view alongside the underlying call-leg logs.
When your workspace has recording enabled, you can start and stop recording around specific steps to capture a caller’s spoken response and keep sensitive keypad entry out of the recorded audio. Webhook decision steps and managed voicemail transfers remain in early access and are not yet selectable in the dashboard editor.
