Deliver one-time passcodes for signups, two-factor logins, and step-up checks using WhatsApp authentication templates with one-tap copy buttons and 40 built-in translations. Launch immediately with Bird’s pre-approved sender or your own verified WhatsApp Business number, and automatically fall back to SMS, voice, or email inside the same verification session when a number is not on WhatsApp.

Bring the verification into your sign-in flow. Collect the code, check the answer, and help the customer continue.
Start sending passcodes right away with Bird’s shared WhatsApp senders and localized templates, or connect your own WhatsApp Business Account.
Launch immediately using Bird Verify or Authifly, our standalone verification brand, or connect your own WhatsApp Business number and approved authentication template. Messages arrive with a one-tap copy-code button and localize automatically across 40 languages based on the recipient’s country code or app language.
Set WhatsApp as your primary channel where it converts best and pair it with SMS, voice, or email per country. When a recipient does not have WhatsApp installed or a destination country restricts shared WhatsApp senders, Bird automatically moves to the next channel in your routing plan.
Whether Bird falls back automatically or a user clicks “I didn’t receive my code” to switch to SMS, the verification keeps its original expiration timer and attempt budget. Earlier passcodes stay valid alongside the new code, and you verify the user by phone number without tracking session IDs.
Configure channel fallback, set per-country routing rules, and customize the sender identity customers see.
Switch to SMS, voice, or email when a WhatsApp message cannot be delivered without resetting the session timer.
→Set per-country channel order, review WhatsApp destination support, and disable countries you do not serve.
→Send passcodes from Bird Verify, Authifly, or your own verified WhatsApp Business number, SMS Sender ID, and domain.
→Organize teams in workspaces, control API access, and trace changes through audit logs.
