Catch the typo. Keep the customer.

Use Bird’s email validation API to check addresses at signup or before a send. Catch typos while the customer can still correct them.

Catch the typo.
Keep the customer.

Check an address while the customer is still with you. Turn the answer into a useful next step.

A useful signal.
A customer’s choice.

Validate one address or up to 1,000 per batch through Bird’s API, SDKs, CLI or hosted MCP. Batch requests must fit within 128 KiB; split larger lists into separate requests.

Keep the original address.

Keep the address the customer entered. When Bird suggests a spelling correction, ask which address they intended and validate the changed address again before sending.

Read more than the score.

Read the verdict, reason and address flags alongside the delivery confidence score from 0 to 100. A catch-all domain can leave the mailbox uncertain, and a role address may call for a different sending policy.

How does email validation differ from email verification?

Email validation assesses address quality. Email verification with a code confirms that the customer can access the inbox. Get consent for the messages you intend to send.
