Create an SMS message template

How to create an SMS message template

What you'll need

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Go to Content > Message templates.
  2. Click Create message template.
  3. Under 'Platform', select SMS.
  4. Under 'Message type', choose Text or Image.
  5. Under 'Project', enter a recognizable name for your message template.
  6. Choose the default language for your message template.
  7. Click Start from scratch.
  8. Click Get started now.
  9. If you selected 'Image', click the Image block in the 'Overview' panel on the right-hand side of your screen and upload an image or enter an image URL and some alt text.
  10. Click the Text block and enter the message that you want to send.
  11. Click the Preview button at the top of your screen to see how your message will look when it is received by the recipient.
  12. Click Publish.
Success! You just published an SMS message template.
