Migrate customer connectivity by matching the service each person actually uses: destination, allowance, expiry, installation and ongoing billing. An API change does not move an installed profile or port a telephone number.

Prepare the change
- Record the current configuration, active customer work and the application records that must remain accessible.
- Complete the Bird setup with a separate test workflow. Use the provider guide to map the differences.
- Test the successful result and a refused or interrupted operation. Reconcile the original result before retrying.
- Move a bounded part of traffic, inspect the outcome and retain the previous service until the transition is verified.
