Keep the menu focused.
Add spoken prompts or audio, gather keypad input and connect the matching branches in the dashboard. Use dial or transfer steps when the caller needs another destination.
Build a call flow in Bird’s visual sequence editor. Start from a template or a blank draft, connect prompts and keypad choices, and preview the paths before testing with a real call. Publish a version for incoming calls or API-created calls.
Try the keypad. Follow the selected branch from the greeting to the response.

Your collection is ready. Bring your order number when you visit.
Give callers a clear path to the answer they need.

Preview hypothetical outcomes without dialing, then test a saved draft with a real call. Real tests incur normal calling charges. Rehearse silence, unmatched keys and hangups, and provide a useful route when a branch cannot complete.
Publish your draft, then connect an incoming number or use Create Call to run the active version. Changes to a draft do not change the published flow, and calls already accepted keep their original definition.
Inspect the sequence’s Runs tab in the dashboard for the path and configured result. Review any call-leg record separately. Workflow completion, a telephone connection and a confirmed business task are separate outcomes.
Webhook decisions, recording commands and managed voicemail or record-call transfers remain in early access. Webhook decisions and managed transfers are not selectable in the dashboard; recording commands require recording access for your workspace.
Organize teams in workspaces, control API access, and trace changes through audit logs.
