Ask Muse.
Reach your customers with Bird.
Connect Muse to Bird’s MCP server. Let your agent inspect your workspace, prepare requests, and follow the result across channels.
From prompt to delivered.
Your agent can set up channels, manage customers, and confirm delivery.
Full read and write access through MCP and CLI.
Can you check which calls are active right now and tell me which are connected and which are still ringing?

Then get to work.
A server connection and an account authorization are separate steps.
Set up a custom connector to the Bird MCP server at https://mcp.bird.com following https://bird.com/docs/ai/mcp-server.md so you can work with my Bird workspace.Add Bird
In a Muse chat, send the message shown here. Muse sets up Bird as a custom connector.
Authorize the connection
Muse replies with a connection link for this session. Open it and approve Bird’s consent screen in the browser. The link works only for you and expires with the session, so ask Muse for a new one if it stops working.
Check the account
Ask your agent to call whoami and inspect the current workspace before the first product task. A returned identity confirms the sign-in worked.
A few good places
to start.
Give your agent the outcome. Let Bird provide the operations.
Check my recent email failures. Group them by reason, inspect the affected sending domain, and tell me what needs fixing before making changes.Help me set up SMS for order updates. Check my workspace and available senders, explain what is missing, then prepare a test for a number I provide.List the Voice calls that are active right now. Separate connected calls from calls that are still ringing, and show their IDs.Before your first task.
The details that make a connection useful.
Does connecting MCP give my agent unrestricted access?
No. The tools operate within the permissions you hold and choose to delegate during authorization. You can revoke the connection from your Bird account.
Do I need an API key for hosted MCP?
Hosted MCP uses browser sign-in. An application you deploy separately uses its own protected application credential.
What if the tools appear but calls fail?
Check the client’s authentication state. Registering a server URL alone does not sign you in. Reauthorize Bird, then confirm your identity and workspace.
