Opt-outs
Bird recognizes supported opt-out keywords such as STOP, records a suppression for that sender-and-subscriber pair, and rejects later sends that match it. Coverage, replies, custom keywords, and suppression management are documented in Opt-outs and keywords.
Use that guide as the source for current country coverage and behavior. It also explains how to list keyword rules, customize replies, add campaign keywords, and manage manual suppressions.
