Organization settings

Bird creates your organization and workspace together during signup. The organization holds billing details, account-level access, and the data-hosting region. Your messaging resources and team access live in the workspace.

Open Settings > Organization to view the organization settings available to your role. The region is chosen during signup and cannot be changed.

Start with one channel.
Add the others when you're ready.

A test API key is yours immediately. Production unlocks when you add a payment method and verify a sender.
