Inbox Insights.
See whether accepted emails actually land in the primary inbox, promotions tab, or spam folder across Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, and other major mailbox providers. Catch provider-specific spam filtering before a campaign underperforms, run pre-send seed tests against real mailboxes, and audit SPF, DKIM, and DMARC authentication alongside your delivery and engagement rates.

Inspect inbox placement by provider
straight from your coding agent.
Delivery logs confirm that a receiving server accepted your message, though accepted mail can still land in spam. Ask Bird MCP to check panel placement across Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo for your verified sending domain, spot provider-specific filtering drops in seconds, and pair panel trends with targeted seed tests in the dashboard.
Test your campaign against real seed mailboxes
before sending to your full audience.
Catch content triggers, broken authentication, or reputation issues before a launch underperforms. Register a seed test for your target regions and engagement profile, include the seed addresses in a pre-send from your verified domain, and see where your exact subject line, HTML creative, and sending IP land across providers.
Copy or download the seed addresses when you register the test, then include them in your own send to measure where the message lands.

See inbox, promotions, and spam placement
across Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo.
A campaign that reaches the primary inbox at Gmail can still land in spam at Outlook or get buried in a promotions tab. Compare inbox and spam counts by mailbox provider, inspect how Gmail splits traffic between Primary and Promotions, and audit SPF, DKIM, and DMARC alignment alongside your delivery, deferral, and engagement rates so you know whether to fix authentication, warm an IP pool, or tighten recipient targeting.
Inbox Insights, explained.
What is the difference between delivery and inbox placement?
A delivered event means the receiving mail server accepted your message with a 250 OK response, which happens before the provider decides which folder to place it in. Inbox placement measures what happens next across Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, and other providers, using seed mailboxes and panel observations to show whether accepted mail landed in the primary inbox, the promotions tab, or spam.
Does creating a seed test send the campaign?
No. Registering a seed test generates a list of real mailbox addresses for your chosen seed pool, regions, and engagement profile. Copy those addresses or download them as a CSV and include them in your own send from a verified domain before the deadline. Once the seed mailboxes receive the message, Bird reports per-provider inbox and spam counts along with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC results.
What does a missing placement figure mean?
A dash or unavailable status means the measurement panel did not observe placements for that sending domain or mailbox provider during the selected window, or that panel data could not be fetched when the page loaded. Bird displays unmeasured providers distinctly from a 0% inbox rate so you can tell a coverage gap apart from an actual spam filtering issue.
Scale without losing control.
Separate production and sandbox traffic into dedicated workspaces, scope API keys to the exact channels each service or agent needs, and track permission changes in the audit log.
