Pricing questions

How are Voice calls priced?
Voice usage is priced per minute. Compare the inbound and outbound rows for your destination, together with any separately listed number or handling charges.
Are incoming and outgoing calls the same price?
They can have different rates and billing dimensions. Estimate each direction separately using the relevant rows for the destination and number type.
Is a phone number included in the call rate?
Number rental is separate from call usage. Check the monthly rental and any setup or registration requirements for the number you need.
How should I estimate a monthly Voice bill?
Estimate minutes in each direction and destination, then add recurring number rental and applicable handling or setup fees. Your agreement defines billing increments and any custom terms.
Can I get a custom Voice quote?
Provide your destinations, number requirements, expected minutes and call direction mix. Sales can quote the relevant usage and recurring charges together.
