bird profile

A profile is one stored grant for one workspace. bird auth login --profile <name> signs one in, creating it when new. --profile or BIRD_PROFILE choose which stored login is used; without them the default profile is, and set changes it. A valid BIRD_API_KEY takes precedence over any profile.

Reads return JSON.
