Buying is an order rather than a create: most complete inside the request, but one that has to wait on a carrier comes back pending and is polled until it settles. A setup fee already taken is not refunded if the order then fails, which is why the search and the order are separate commands.
Reads return JSON; list is paginated. Mutations take flags and/or a --body-file JSON body (flags overriding); run --example to print the body shape or --dry-run to preview the request.
