bird profile listDescription
Lists every signed-in profile with the workspace, organization and region it is signed in to, and marks the default. selected is the profile this call uses, which --profile or BIRD_PROFILE can make differ from the default. A profile exists while its credentials file does; workspace, organization and region are read from it, and no token is validated.
