Getting started with Voice
Place your first programmable voice call in three steps.
Set up your Voice workspace, connect a SIP trunk with a verified caller ID, and place a test call from the browser phone or your SIP client. Confirm two-way audio, keypad input, and the call log record before routing live customer calls.

- 02
Connect a SIP trunk.
Create a SIP trunk, attach a purchased Bird number or verify an existing caller ID, and choose how to place your test call. Go online in the built-in browser phone and dial directly, or register your PBX or SIP client. SIP trunks guide →
