Can I start sending for free?
The Free plan includes the sending allowance shown above. Choose a paid plan when you need more capacity, and review its included sends and additional-usage rate.
How do I compare paid email plans?
Compare the monthly allowance, plan charge, overage rate and features you need. The volume table shows published rates so you can estimate both a typical month and a busier one.
Are dedicated IPs included?
Dedicated IPs are a separate monthly add-on for eligible email plans. Check the Dedicated IP pricing page for the rental and setup considerations.
Does an email plan include SMS, WhatsApp or mailboxes?
An email sending plan covers its email allowance. Other channels and mailbox capacity have separate pricing and should be estimated separately.
What happens to unused capacity and overage?
Unused monthly sending capacity does not roll over. Additional emails use the published overage rate. The default overage ceiling is five times your plan; sends pause at the ceiling unless you agree different terms.
What is included in my plan?
Plans include authentication, dashboards, suppression, webhooks, 30-day retention and a shared sending IP. Dedicated IPs are a separate add-on for Growth and above.
