Rules & regulations
Use this recorded country reference to prepare your launch. Requirements can depend on message purpose, sender type, network and recipient location; confirm the applicable rules before sending.
Due to country regulations, you are required to register your signature (brand name) and must include it within the SMS content. If not included, your SMS will be blocked by the operators.
- Your signature must match your company or brand name exactly.
- Your signature can be in English or Chinese and may include numbers and spaces.
- Your signature must be appended at the beginning of your SMS, e.g., [Bird] Your code is 1234.
To do this, make sure you submit your signature (brand name) within the SMS content in use case section when configuring Sender ID
What this market refuses
