What to do
WhatsApp shows the quoted message above yours in the same chat, so it must be one that reached that chat. Two kinds of message cannot be quoted. The first is one that never reached WhatsApp, which is any send still accepted or already rejected. The second is one from a different conversation than this send's own to and from. The response names which of the two applies.
