A lookup that fails is never billed, and neither is a request rejected for a malformed input or an empty wallet.

Lookup answers one number or one address per request. Neither operation has a batch form, and the rate limit starts at 10 requests a minute per credential, so cleaning a whole list is not what this is priced for today. Talk to us if that is what you need.

What am I charged for in a lookup?
Lookup has a lookup charge plus charges for the enrichment properties that return an answer. The rate tables separate the available properties and units.
Why can two lookups cost different amounts?
Requests can ask for different properties and return different answers. Estimate the lookup and the enrichment results you expect, rather than treating every request as the same bundle.
Is email validation the same as phone lookup?
Phone and email requests use different data and result types. Review the applicable table and documentation for the endpoint you will call.
Are rate limits the same as billing limits?
Rate limits control request throughput. They do not define an included billing allowance; review the published unit rates and your account terms separately.
Does custom pricing change what I pay?
If you have an agreed rate, that agreement determines your charge for the covered product or property. The public table shows the published rate rather than your private contract.
What should I include in a volume quote?
Share the phone and email endpoints you need, expected request volume, required enrichment properties and peak throughput. This gives Sales the dimensions needed for a useful quote.
