Every country Bird carries Voice calls to, each marked with whether the workspace has
enabled it and whether it is currently callable. A call to a country the workspace has
not enabled is refused even when everything else is in order. An update changes only
the countries it lists.
Reads return JSON. Mutations take flags and/or a --body-file JSON body (flags overriding); run --example to print the body shape or --dry-run to preview the request.
Procedure
Enable the countries a workspace may call
Every outbound call passes the workspace's destination allowlist before anything else about it is considered, and a country Bird does not carry is not callable whatever the workspace has set. Read the list to see both, then enable what you need.
