Some requirements take a document rather than a typed answer, and what answers one is the
id of an attachment that already exists here. An attachment no registration has cited
expires after seven days; once a registration cites one it is kept as that registration's
evidence.
Reads return JSON; list is paginated. Destructive commands require --yes.
