This preference records the person's own statement, so it cannot be deleted.

What to do
An unsubscribe, a stop keyword, or a preference-page choice is the person's statement to reverse, not the workspace's. To restore messaging with their consent, record a granted statement carrying consented_at evidence — that records the change of mind instead of erasing the opt-out.
