What local regulators expect before you send. Bird applies opt-out handling on every message; the rest depends on the destination.
The UAE is currently updating its Sender ID registration regulations. Until this process is complete, we're unable to register your requested sender ID. Sender ID used for marketing promotional traffic need to appended with AD-Sender ID, e.g AD-World.
