Rules & regulations
What local regulators expect before you send. Bird applies opt-out handling on every message; the rest depends on the destination.
By default, according to the country regulations, all senders will be manipulated to the Short code sender. Custom sender is available with a one-time fee; registration is then required and documentation will have to be provided. Please reach out to support with the Registration request for Romania if a custom sender is required.
