Workspace settings
Workspace-wide settings can be configured in order to detect and prevent abuse in two ways:
- Anti-spam uses AI to predict whether the received text is considered spam and flags it as such when a conversation is started.
- Allow/block rules allows you to create a list of identifiers that are allowed to or blocked from starting new conversations.
