Introducing Enhanced Role Management

We've revamped our user permissions interface to give you more control and clarity over role management. The new streamlined design features quick-access role filters, dedicated sections for managed and organization roles, and intuitive role cards that clearly display permissions and last-updated timestamps. Search functionality and tag-based filtering make it easier than ever to find and manage specific roles across your organization. Administrators can now efficiently manage access settings through a consolidated sidebar menu. This update brings greater transparency to your permission management with clear stats showing total roles, organization roles, and managed roles at a glance.

We're excited to introduce our redesigned permissions editor, making role management more intuitive than ever.

The new interface features a clean two-panel layout that lets you configure role settings and permissions side by side. Permissions are split into categories by their respective Cloud, Application, or permissions group. Each permission category now comes with granular controls, allowing you to precisely define access levels for different features like bots, analytics, campaigns, and inbox management.

A real-time permission counter and preview option help you verify your configuration before deployment. This thoughtful redesign puts everything you need to manage roles at your fingertips, making it easier to maintain secure and appropriate access across your organization.
