Create an email suppression

Add an email address to the workspace suppression list to stop delivery to it. The record is created with reason manual, which blocks every message category, transactional mail included. Adding is idempotent, so an address that already carries a manual suppression comes back unchanged.

Build the request from flags, a JSON SuppressionCreate body via --body-file ("-" reads stdin), or both — a flag overrides the matching body field. Run --example to print a ready-to-edit body, or --dry-run to print the resolved request without sending it.
