bird email recipients <message-id> [flags]Description
List a message's per-recipient delivery state as a cursor page: each to/cc/bcc address with its role, current status, bounce or rejection detail, and open and click counts. This is how you find which specific addresses failed when the message's own status is mixed, such as partial_failure.
Returns a paginated JSON envelope; narrow with the filters below and page with --limit and --starting-after.
