A send carries exactly one kind of content: an approved template, or free-form text,
media, or a location. Delivery is asynchronous, so status and timeline are read back
afterwards. Numbers are connected and disconnected here; the business accounts behind
them, the template registry, and stats are read-only.
Reads return JSON; list is paginated. Mutations take flags and/or a --body-file JSON body (flags overriding); run --example to print the body shape or --dry-run to preview the request.
