Delete an SMS messaging profile

Deletes a messaging profile and releases its reply numbers, so another profile can use them and a new profile can reuse the name.

Messages already sent are not affected. A later send that names the deleted profile returns 422 SMSMessagingProfileNotFound. Sends and inbound reply attribution can keep using a deleted profile for up to 60 seconds, because Bird caches profiles for that long.
